OUTSIDE ESL

Outside ESL provides FREE GED (High-School Diploma) and FREE Adult English classes to residents of California. We work primarily with the city of Laguna Beach and other businesses in Orange County. Our funds are provided to us through the Adult Education Block Grant. In order to continue receiving funding, we have to provide the state of California with data regarding our students' progression through our GED program and our Adult English courses.
